My participants have been added and connected to my Organization but my XPunch shows them as not working when I know that they are and are clocked-in.

Response:  in all probability, your employee has probably created two Organizations in their account.  Here's how to tell if this is the case:

--ask the employee to log-in to XPunch
--ask them to click on the "Configuration" tab, followed by the "Organizations" hyperlink

If you see more than one Organization present, you've probably found your problem.  In all likelihood one or more can be "deleted" while one can be "disconnected".  You will want your employee to delete the one Organization--this is a bogus company that they created by themselves when they created an XPunch account.
