Mark-Off Which Hours Have Been Paid and Which Have Not

Today we had a suggestion from a customer, as follows:

Hello!

Thanks for a great website. Has been very helpful in helping us save paper! I was wondering if it's possible to keep track of paid hours. In other words, if I can somehow mark that I've paid a certain employee for x date to y date. I have irregular pay periods. Thank you!
